  Food is so good but bad for you service bad play place was nasty but I would rather take out then fine in.

  So annoyed...ordered 3 Medium coffee's this morning around 7:30 The kid tells me my total is $6.41 I have been paying $4.71 for the past 3 days, I ask if the coffee has gone up because I've been paying 4.71 for the past few days, he then says " for three coffees" YES... so as to not hold up the line I pay and keep it moving. Even at most $1.69* 3 = $5.07 x 1.13 = $5.72 Sooooooooooooooo I'm not sure why I was charged $6.41!!!!!! It would be nice to get the extra coffee I was charged for, or given 3 Large coffee's because the math is not matching !!! Drive thru cup sticker # 570 April 5th 2026

  Horrible service, order screen, not displaying my order. Ask the cashier to repeat My order, got told whatever you ordered is what you’re getting and she would not repeat my order. ( my order was incorrect) I have had my order incorrect several times from this McDonald’s and it’s every time their screen is not working to display your order when you order it. Had to ask the 2nd window person to add ketchup something I had asked for. The attitude and the disrespect from the staff is disgusting. My young children were even able to acknowledge that the staff were rude and disrespectful to me. I have attached photos of a Kids chicken nugget happy meal with I don’t know what the hell in the fries

  So very disappointed, the quality of food has gone down hill, not worth the money anymore pretty sad now

  Ashley- you had made my visit at this location incredibly distasteful. Instead of trying to make a situation better, you decided to argue with the customer. I recently started working in the area and that is not how you handle a customer service interaction. Thank you incredibly for your lack of help
