  Nothing beats stress eating and having the most fresh fries! I love kfc chicken and when i asked the man serving me for crispy chicken, he did his best go get me the crispy pieces without making me feel like a nascence so I went back again . The ladies working were lovely and the fries are always so fresh.. i would say for me, best fries in cambridge!!!

  Had a negative experience with the worker (tall woman with black hair) at the window. She had a very poor attitude and talked to us in a disrespectful manner.

  It's good for a chain restaurant. This one is clean, staff are polite and helpful, food is hot. I will continue to attend this store.

  I have ordered a number of times from this branch and liked the food and service. Today, I ordered a 10pc family bucket feast online and picked it up at the store. When I got home, was disappointed to see the quality of the chicken. There were pieces that were so small, I thought it just fell off from another piece but when I counted all of it, the total was 10 so that small piece was part of the order. The quality of the chicken is not that good anymore. For $60, you would expect more! Please, whoever is managing this branch, kindly check the quality of the food. You would hate to see dissatisfied customers. Thank you!

  I'm not one to make negative reviews, but the meal we just had feels like a bad joke. The chicken pieces are barely 1/4 the size they were even 1 year ago. The drumstick was the largest piece in the entire bucket. A single golf ball sized piece of white meat. A 12 piece bucket now fits in the buckets you used to get 6 pieces in. The thighs had whole sides of meat missing, every piece of chicken was more than 50% bone, my son had an unidentifiable piece that was entirely bone except for a toonie sized piece of meat. The shrink-flation is absolutely outrageous, and it'll be the last dollar KFC sees from me.
