  Our server was lovely and not at all the issue. However, I was served raw chicken fingers tonight – not slightly pink, genuinely raw in the center. I ate three pieces before cutting one open and realizing. I now have legitimate health concerns for the next 48-72 hours. The manager comped the chicken fingers but we still paid the remainder of our bill. For a food safety failure of this severity, I expected more. Raw poultry is not a minor kitchen mistake – it’s a health risk. Update: Things happen and mistakes are made — we’re all human. What matters is how a business responds, and Kelseys did right by us. The General Manager reached out personally, took full accountability, and made it right. We appreciate the effort and will be giving them another chance. Bumping up to 3 stars accordingly.

  Wing order came out with wrong sauces. When server was questioned, she defended herself, not recognizing that it might have been made incorrectly. Slowest service. Definitely not to Kelsey standard. Won't rush back to give a second try.

  I was a secret food critic and ordered the 8 Oz medium rare sirloin steak. It talks about being AAA Grade farm fed but I couldnt tell the difference between a rubber tire and a steak. Absolutely terrible, waited 30 minutes for said rubber tire...Would not recommend.

  I came in for a quick drink & food at the bar today and I can honestly say I had an incredible experience! Between the food & service, it made my whole day. Piper and Julia were not only accommodating, but knowledgeable, likeable & kind- providing outstanding customer service. Would absolutely visit again. I’m impressed!

  Last night a friend and I tried to come in for wing night at about 8pm. Upon entering the restaurant the older gentleman who had been seating customers (wearing a collared shirt ,who I assume was the manager) saw us coming and abruptly walked away instead of greeting us and checking us in. We thought this was odd but waited patiently at the front. About 10 minutes went by and 4 different staff saw us standing there waiting to be seated but no one bothered to help. Finally the hostess came and seated us at a table. There we sat waiting another 10-15minutes. A server did not come to greet us or take our order. During this time we witnessed 3 younger female staff filming a reel/tictoc video right at the front entrance.We were seated in the booth closest to the front door. We watched them giggling and having a great time while filming the reel, all the while completely ignoring us and all of the other customers. The dining room and bar were both steady with customers at the time. Finally the man who I assume was the manager came up to them and asked them to stop. While all of this was going on we still hadn't been seen at our table. Ultimately we decided to leave because it seemed like the staff really did not care about their jobs or the fact that we were there. They actively seemed like they did not want our money or to provide service so we dined elsewhere. The funny thing is no one even noticed we left. The hostess had her back to the door talking away to another staff. I hope this review makes it to the owner because I really haven't ever experienced such terrible service by both the manager and staff.
