Tried the new alfredo parm chicken - it's not worth it. It's overcooked and has been sitting a long time before service, the noodles were sticky but tasted good, the 2 slim slices of garlic bread could've been cooked longer, both the chicken and noodles could've been better with the addition of some respective sauce. The coffee was old. My husband had the hot chicken sandwich, white meat. He didn't like it because the potatoes and gravy were cold. Overall, it was O K here but we'll give it a long while before returning.

Went for dinner with a party of 5, we showed our server Melissa that we had a free appetizer from an email. We were charged on our bill before noticing. Our meals came out, and everything tasted good. I was unhappy with zero attention from our server throughout our visit. We were never asked for drink refills. We ordered dessert donuts and once those came out, Melissa came back and dropped a QR card on the table and said if we give her 5 stars she gets a free meal. He service was subpar, I hope it was an off day for her but that should justify her poor performance that night

Ordered a chicken on a bun for takeout on Sunday for lunch. It tasted ok, and it was plentifull. Only had a slice of peanut butter toast at diner, because I was feeling a bit off. By bedtime on sunday I was barfing my guts out. This and diarrhea lasted most of Monday too. That chicken was definately not fresh. Just be careful, or avoid altogether.

I originally switched to the Swiss Chalet location on Hespeler Rd. because the food quality at the Dundas Street location had become inconsistent. Unfortunately, this location has now developed many of the same issues.
Orders are often ignored or prepared incorrectly, and when mistakes are corrected, they’re corrected poorly. Food is sometimes dismissed outright, and management appears apathetic when concerns are raised. The overall quality has declined to the point where even the presentation — whether dining in or picking up — feels careless. On more than one occasion, the chicken has arrived looking undercooked, which is simply unacceptable.
Today, for instance I ordered chicken that was all done along with a family size soup. The chicken that came was underdone and also crackers and spoons were packed in the bag. There was no soup when I called them. The manager Adam said the delivery will often have chicken that looks under done, but it’s cooked and I said I’ve had this chicken before, and I knew what it was to be underdone and I said to him that it was simply a matter of them, not reading the instructions.
He did offer to send out a new chicken and a new soup and the new chicken was fine, but the soup was not what we had ordered. It was not a family sized soup. It was an individual sized in all he had to do was reread the receipt but he said they were very busy and made the mistake. Well that’s fine but I have been experiencing a number of mistakes at this location and nobody seems to really care because they continue to happen.
It’s such a shame, because this used to be a reliable spot for a quick, enjoyable family dinner. It feels now as though the care and pride that once defined the experience have faded, and I doubt I’ll be returning.
