Then another 20 minutes for the meals. Even though we ordered everything at the same time. Payed 18 dollars for my wife to get a burger. Was expecting something a bit better than the same patty’s they use at the Harvey’s. Honestly pretty disappointing. The only way I would consider returning was if Megan was my server again

Food was sub-par, chicken was cold and for what you pay for mashed potatoes the serving size is way too small, you would definitely be better off buying a grocery store chicken at least it would be warm

Once a year we foolishly order and forget to check our order before we leave the shop, we cannot recall a time where we received our entire meal on the first try. This latest endeavour it was the chalet sauce, buns, dipping sauces for appetizers and the stuffing. Customer support phone number is not much help either. They offered a minimal credit or for ourselves to do the 20 minute round trip drive to grab the missing items while your food goes cold.

She recommended the spinach dip which was delicious and the food itself was great! I’d come back just to have that same experience with a hostess again, she was marvellous!! She took great care of us. :)
- B3Bigboy 3500Nov 6, 20255.0Iv been eating swiss chalet since i was a child because it was delicious but stopped eating swiss chalet in the late 90’s 2000’s because the quality of the chicken how it was cooled has fallen down hill and would once in a blue moon have a meal . Today i stopped in swiss chalet in Cambridge Ontario 101 dundas street and my god the chicken was cooked to perfection juicy and soft the skin slightly crunchy and the fries were cooked spot on . Best swiss chalet chicken meal i have had in 25 years . Swiss chalet Cambridge ontario has brought back that traditional old school taste. Im coming here from now on 👍🏻
