Stay away from this particular subway. Everything is awful…. They don’t follow the franchise protocol. You have to order first, telling them what do you want on your sub and then after paying they will make it for you. I’m not used to this kind of stuff. Not even mentioning that service is terrible. I’m so sorry for the franchise owners… their employees are killing the business.

Their food is rotten. When you ask if they have food that isn’t rotten they tell you it’s not rotten, it comes like this 😂

A bit loud, but still easy to hear. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I ordered a 6-inch sub, which was delicious. There were five or six people ahead of me in line, yet I waited only about eight minutes.

Really wish I'd read the comments. Although realistically, if I hadn't paid at the kiosk already, one look at the cleanliness of the prep station would have turned me away.
I observed no glove change between customers, no hand washing, no wipe down etc.
Bread was as fresh as a crouton.
Don't waste your time here. You'll be paying for pure disappointment.

Waited in line for close to 10 minutes when I was first in line no one in front of me. Service is slow while ordering as well. They never even called my order number the first time I had ordered there and my second visit was no better. And they always up charge for dumb stuff, they don’t have green olive either and they charge extra for avocado. No point in selling it if it’s just extra charge. Unbelievable if I could give zero stars like some of these other people wanted too I would. I tried being nice and fair but this took up so much of my time I should’ve just went to tim hortons instead.
