I asked for a footlong Italian Herb and Cheese and was told that footlong bread was not available. This was not true. I could clearly see freshly baked Italian Herb and Cheese bread in the store at the same time. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. Customers should not be given false information simply to avoid making an order. Basic honesty and proper customer service were clearly lacking during this visit.

I told her that I'm ready to pay extra for the chicken or veggie pattie in the sandwich but she said she can not do it as they do not have any option to pay extra for chicken in their POS system. I think she didn't want to make a sandwich at that time so she made an excuse. It was really a bad experience. And I also asked her that Is your manager here and she said the manager comes here rarely. Really bad customer service👎🏼
