Sunny provided outstanding service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely generous with the portions. He took his time, made sure everything was just right, and created a great overall experience. The place was spotless, which really shows how much pride they take in cleanliness. On top of that, the sandwich tasted amazing — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Great service, great portions, and great taste all in one visit. Huge thanks to Sunny for making it such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back. The price for two footlong sandwiches is very reasonable!

I ordered a three-cheese sandwich, and the staff member assisting me seemed unsure about how it is prepared. In my past experiences at other Subway locations, staff always ask for vegetables and sauces when preparing a three-cheese sandwich, as this appears to be the standard approach. When I requested vegetables and sauces, I was told that only cheese is added and that no vegetables are allowed. This was confusing, as other Subway locations consistently offer toppings with this sandwich. The lack of consistency suggests a gap in training or product knowledge. I strongly feel that staff should be properly trained on menu items and preparation standards so customers receive the same experience across all locations. I would also suggest that management review this issue to ensure staff are confident and well-informed. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality moving forward.
