Terrible experience from start to finish. No greeting or smile when we entered or while we waited. Non stop attitude and distasteful looks. Finally when asked if we will be dining in or take out we answered with “take out” the lady slides over the subs with no stickers on the wrapping while the wrapping is falling apart no napkins no bag nothing. I will not be purchasing from this chain any longer.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location.
My girlfriend’s son went in to use a coupon that was clearly available on the Flipp app. The coupon explicitly states that it can be redeemed in-store by scanning the QR code, which we have used before at this location. However, when he reached the counter, staff refused to accept it.
He was told that the owner/manager has decided to only accept paper coupons. That policy makes little sense in today’s digital world, where more companies are moving toward app-based and QR code coupons for convenience and accessibility. These same offers are also promoted on platforms like Reebee, so it’s reasonable for customers to expect them to be honored.
Based on this experience—and considering similar feedback from other reviews—I would strongly suggest avoiding this location. Ownership should reconsider this policy and align with the digital promotions being actively advertised to customers by corporate.

Fantastic place. The people behind the counter are nothing but friendly and efficient. They really do care about every single person’s customer experience. I wish every store was like this one

I order online, I arrive to the store 5 minutes after and the lady has not started them..she is half way making mines and a lady comes in and she decides to take her order and totally skip mines…I tell her I need to go and does not care at all. Not the first time that happens at this location. Really bad customer service!!! Paramajwi
