Instead of greeting me, they acted like I was bothering them by ordering food. When I asked simple questions about the menu, I got eye rolls and short, snappy responses. The worst part was the attitude while preparing my order—it felt rushed, careless, and like they couldn’t wait to get me out the door. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, but here it was the complete opposite. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend going to a different Subway where the workers actually respect their customers.

I enjoyed that they didn’t prioritize their many online ordered and found a good balance to ensure the lineup wasn’t too long. Food was good, vegetables were fresh and soda fountain wasn’t flat.
