  Very crowded because it’s an on route Staff were very friendly nothing against them However the food was trash. Hot dog was awful. Like the kind boiled in loopwarm microwave water. Fries were soggy and undercooked Could not finish them even though I was hungry on the road after work 13$ later I was very disappointed Won’t try this chain again

  Was craving poutine while passing through the OnRoute in Ontario, so I stopped at NYF. There was a bit of a wait since no one was at the cashier, but I eventually ordered a large pulled pork poutine. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the spot. There wasn’t enough sauce, so the bottom half was just dry fries. It filled my stomach but didn’t fill my soul poutine should be soul food! Disappointing overall, and I can only hope the other restaurants in this OnRoute are better.

  Disappointing Experience at New York Fries I recently visited New York Fries and, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While I had high expectations given their reputation, the reality was underwhelming. First, the fries themselves were overly greasy and lacked the crispiness I was hoping for. They tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The seasoning was sparse and uneven, leaving some bites bland and others overwhelmingly salty. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and the overall interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the portion size did not justify the price. It felt like I was paying a premium for something that fell short of even basic fast-food standards. To make matters worse, the dining area was unclean, with tables and counters left sticky and trays not cleared promptly. This gave the impression of poor hygiene and management. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed. For a place that specializes in fries, I expected much better. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

  My food was amazing, I got a large bacon double cheese. The food was made very quickly. Although the workers did not look happy, they looked annoyed and they also talked kind of quiet.
