  Dined in on a Sat late afternoon and ordered a club wrap with a house salad and both items were awful! I know Montana's is known for their ribs but if they're going to sell wraps or salads, pls take more pride in making them desirable.

  Tonight we went to Montanna's, the food we had was very tasty, but not warm. The manager went above and beyond to fix it for us. We understand things happen but the willingness to fix it from the management will be bringing us back in. Our service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was clean and pricing was fair. Also the brisket was delicious!!!

  5 stars on Valentine’s Day!!! Yes, the food took longer than usual, but the staff were working tirelessly to keep all guests happy and satisfied. We ended up taking our meal to go as we filled up on our appetizers, and our server (I didn’t get her name), was fantastic! They let us know the food would be a little longer than normal, and came around and gave some chocolate covered strawberries while we waited. Everything came out warm and the drinks were great!

  I ordered the lunch trio. $14.99 so the price was on point for a soup, salad and small sandwich. The soup was decent, nothing great but nothing wrong, the salad was ok but where they lost me was the sandwich. I chose the pulled pork and a dismal, dry yet mushy (?) bit of meat was slapped onto the bread which didn't go anywhere near the edges. I ate the 2/3 of the middle (as you can see from my first bite) and used the rest of the dry sandwich bread to dip in my soup. Where this place really excels though is the service. 5+ stars and these ppl don't get paid enough for what they do. I will keep coming back for them as they make me feel welcome and genuinely thanked for my business.

  I genuinely cannot believe the food I was served. I ordered BBQ chicken wings and a chicken Caesar salad, and my total came out to $40. For that price, I expected at the very least edible, properly cooked food. What I received was incredibly disappointing. The chicken on the Caesar salad was absolutely unacceptable. It was severely overcooked, burnt on the outside, and so dry and hard that it was nearly impossible to chew. It wasn’t just slightly overdone, it was rock hard. It honestly looked like it had been reheated multiple times or left sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The texture was tough and rubbery, and parts of it were visibly charred. I ended up throwing most of it away because it simply wasn’t edible. The BBQ wings were fine, but 7 wings? When you’re charging $40 for a simple takeout meal, there should be some basic level of quality control. Burnt, dried-out chicken should never make it into a customer’s order. I understand being open late can be challenging, but that’s not an excuse to send out food that clearly shouldn’t have passed the kitchen. This experience felt careless and like there was zero attention paid to the quality of what was being served. Very disappointed, and I won’t be coming back after this.
