  Solid 5 stars all the way around! The food, the atmosphere and most definitely the service was incredible. My fiancée and I went to this location today and our server Audra was beyond delightful. She went above and beyond to make sure the service was what we expected and then some. Personally, she deserves some sort of recognition. As for the food, I got a steak and brisket burnt ends (as pictured) it was incredible. Will definitely return to this location when we’re in the area!

  UPDATE Since posting my review Montanas reached out to me immediately to address my concerns. Both head office and Montanas have dealt with the matter expeditiously and professionally. I do want to add that I have always been pleased with both the service and food whenever I have been to Montanas for in house dining and will continue to do so. ----------------- Was disappointed by the quality of food. Had the food delivered so didn't have the opportunity to have the issues corrected as when trying to phone, the phone was constantly busy for more than 15 mins so decided to give up trying. Will not get takeout again from Montanas.

  Came here for dinner and the service was awful. It took an hour to get our food with the restaurant basically empty, we didn’t get our meals at the same time. Two people at our table were able to eat their food before the other two even got theirs and one was even sent back due to being completely covered in pepper then when we got a new one the batter was raw on the fish. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks (Two waters a pop and a beer) then wasn’t offered any refills our entire visit. Our server Logan was just straight up rude and impatient then proceeded to argue with me over an error on my bill!!! Will not be coming back to this location.

  Ordered for pickup this afternoon and all was well, friendly greetings at the door and a lollipop on the way out. However, we set 2 orders of ribs and both are burnt to a crisp, when ripped to see if there’s anything to salvage, it’s just burnt skin and sauce. Pretty disappointing as we did spend a lot for us and the kid

  We recently had a imprompt Christmas party at the Cambridge Montana's. Usually the food, service and pricing is great. On this visit we had challenges with food delivery time. Luke warm food and overcooked steak. Here is the turn around... The manager had issues with lack of staff and apologized. The waitress made things right by removing the overcooked steak from the bill and also offered a substitution or reorder. 10 % was taken off everyone's bill not just for CAA benefits but to help correct other issues. It was a party of 16 on a Monday night. For these reasons we will be back to try again maybe as eary as New Year's. Everyone deserves a second chance but doing the right thing when things go wrong also shows someone that wants your buisness. Would still recommend Montana's Cambridge to anyone.
