  Went to the drive thru with 6 monopoly prizes. Drove up to the first window to redeem our prizes but Stephanie, a manager, said that we can only use one sticker per transaction, and that we can come inside to redeem them as well as to show us this policy, or go around the drive-thru six times for seperate transactions. We came inside and ordered once again, and there was a seperate bag for each sticker, which is unacceptable because there were 5 bags for an order of 6 items, including a coffee. When we asked her where in the policy does it say that you can only use one sticker per purchase, she pulled out a book. For 15 minutes, she kept looking in the book to show us the rule. In the end, she failed to show us the policy and wasted our time for a such simple order. She should read the rules herself, and then answer questions that customers have. If there was ever a rule like this, then the kiosk would never allow you to apply an unlimited amount monopoly prizes.

  For the last 3 visits we have not received any of the monopoly pieces. So this morning we asked why, and was told the contest was over! Today is November 9th it doesn't end till the 10th. So not o ly have we not received any all week. The employee outright lied to us this morning. If a company is doing a contest they need to make sure they can fulfill their commitment.

  Horrible service! The last few times I’ve been here there have been issues with my order. Today they had to remake the sandwich cause they got it wrong but left poutine sitting unheated. I remember when the majority of the staff were teens and they got the orders right more often than an entire frontline and kitchen full of adults that have no clue. Brutal store!!

  Very disappointed. I ordered a mcveggie burger and got a chicken one instead. They didn’t even check that in the veggie box they gave me a chicken burger. I am very disappointed with this act. This is against my religious beliefs and I am shaken to core. I never ate chicken in my entire life and because of this negligence I had a bite. To any person who is going to this location please check your orders because they do not know what they are giving people.
