  Please read the reviews before going to this location, only this location would charge you extra, they are located here just to make sure you spend more instead of what Mcdonal’s actually cost, according to the server it’s Cambridge as they mentioned, none other location in other cities would charge you extra for any tiny pouches of sauces. Think twice before going here for sure.

  Id say this place was 5 stars if I had a vehicle and used their drive thru... but this location seems to not appreciate its walk in customers at all, and it is pretty awkward trying to eat outside in wintery subzero weather conditions... So ill give the upper side of 2.5 stars. This is the first 24 hour mcdonalds i ve been to that has no seating, or restrooms after 11pm... and signs saying NO REFILLS! I hope this trend doesnt catch on with the rest of them, and that this post plan-demic attitude of food service providers soon fades and dies right along with that covid influenza.

  The kids working here are silly. They try and coerce you into spending more money on overpriced slop by telling you that instead of buying a single sandwhich with a hash brown, “it’s cheaper to make it a meal and add a second hash brown with a drink”. I never eat here, I come here to pickup food once in a while for the wife and every single time I go through this drive thru I loose brain cells. They either speak nonsense through the microphone, or they take 30 minutes to make two McFlurrys. Do not come here, not worth the circus act for fake food.

  I am a regular customer of McDonald’s at other locations, but today’s experience at this drive-thru was disappointing. There were no greetings—no “hi” or “thank you”—and even after I said them, the staff member shut the window very quickly without a smile or acknowledgment. The customer service was very poor. It seemed like she was the only person managing everything, and since it was night time, she may have been tired or frustrated because of that. Still, basic courtesy and customer interaction were missing, which affected the overall experience.

  I understand the frustration of working on Christmas Eve (4pm) but it’s your job at the end of the day! I ordered a snack size Oreo McFlurry and the quantity I got was laughable, I asked the blonde girl with glasses to top it up or give another one and she gave us the nastiest attitude, she told us that’s how it’s made and she isn’t making another one we had to ask for a refund. I’ve only ever had bad experience at this specific location something needs to be done about the staff.
