I did not take a bite or touch the burger — it came like this, as shown in the photo. I contacted Uber Eats and was told the order was not eligible for a refund. I then called the restaurant at 3:00 AM, and the staff member who answered said it was not their fault and told me to contact Uber again. She also refused to provide her name and said she could not help, even though the mistake was clearly made by the restaurant. Very disappointing food quality and customer service, with no accountability for a clear order error.
