I was just hungry, and ordered through the app. When I went there, the place was very clean, the staff were clean, courteous, very attentive. I really appreciated their suggestions, and the food was cooked to perfection. The tenders were not oily, were fried perfectly. Even the French fries were perfect. I went to another KFC In kitchener, and had a bad experience there, that's why I stopped going. But this one in Cambridge is amazing. Keep up the cleanliness, and great attitude.

The gravy and fries weren’t bad but the fries lacked the seasoning. It didn’t seem like they put any seasoning in the fries and then the chicken was overly greasy. It didn’t seem like it was staged for the right amount of time for the grease to drip off. Hope this helps so you can fix the issues.
