  The staff was very friendly and they have good customer service. The food so good too , I like the onion rings most and this is my go to place all time.

  On Family Day, I purchased 14 piece of chicken buckets. Regrettably, the quality of the chicken was subpar. Upon selecting a piece of chicken, I observed an excessive amount of oil dripping from it. I believe this issue stems from a practice of refrying chicken that has been held under a heat lamp for an extended period, a process that often results in an oily product. I respectfully request that chicken be freshly prepared upon receiving an order. As customers, we prioritize quality over speed and are willing to wait a reasonable amount of time for a superior product. I urge management to re-evaluate current preparation methods. Providing high-quality food is essential for customer satisfaction and business growth.

  Taking the go Train home from Toronto and have finally found time to write a review for KFC On hespler road.My wife brought home a bucket of chicken recently it was so greazzzy and over cooked. I was so angry that the staff would serve this.I wanted to bring ot back but it was late at night and my wife was pissed So disappointed in the food quality. Never going there again.

  Ordered through the online app. Payment came outta my banking account but didnt show on their end. Couldn't make my food. Called trying to fiqure out and was told it would by reversed in less than 24 hours. Its been 3 days now and still not reversed . Thanks for a total waste of time and no help whatsoever.
