The service time can do some work. They also really should stop asking people in drive thru to go and wait in the parking lot. First of all this is a really busy cramped parking lot, hard to find parking. How is the server going to even know where I had parked? Numerous time they are lost and I have to back in myself. When there are no cars behind me cant i just wait in the drive thru lane while you prepare the food? Thanks.
