  Tonight I went to Kelsey’s to pick up a takeout order. When I arrived the hostess, who was very kind swiped her card on the debit machine and then asked me how I’d like to pay. I gave her a $50 gift card which she swiped and then told me I still owed $39 now prior to this, I had tried to order online and had issues and knew that my total bill was only $60 so I should’ve only owed $10. It turns out that she accidentally chose the wrong takeout order and now needed to talk to a manager to get the money put back on my gift Card so she could check me out with the correct total. She was very kind, apologized multiple times and said the managers would handle it. It’s the two managers, a bald man and a blonde woman who left for 25 minutes with my gift card, While I stared at my food, sitting on the hostess stand getting cold,, Not only did they not apologize for the extensive wait, but they didn’t offer to keep my food under a warmer or remake it for making Me wait 25 extra minutes just to pay. And when I went to leave, they didn’t even grab my food for me off of the hostess stand. They told me to go get it. I will most certainly not be back.

  My family and I went here tonight for the first time and were greeted by friendly kind staff at the front. Once we were inside, a very kind gentleman from management was so sweet to our son and us. Our waiter was fantastic, kept making sure we were OK Then to finish off the night, we were given a beautiful dessert to share As a family. The staff at the front gave our son a some toys to play with even! All in all 10 out of 10 experience we really enjoyed our time and highly recommend it. You can tell they take pride.

  First time there today. Really great place awesome server I attached photo because I did not want to spell her name wrong lol. Great vibe here

  Went to Kelsey’s with a friend for our girls night, have been doing this for a while now. Went Wednesday night was there before my friend was there over 10 minutes before she took my drink order, when she did come over I mentioned to her my drink and what we wanted to order she said I will get your drink and Appetizer then we can do the other later. Eventually someone brought the drink and appetizer. Then she came back took my order didn’t ask my friend assumed she was getting the same which she wasn’t. I wanted a salad with chicken she wanted it with shrimp but the waitress never talked to her never checked in on us. We had to flag her down multiple times but felt she was ignoring us so had to ask other waitress’s. We sat there finished for over 20 minutes and when we couldn’t get our waitresses attention for the bill we had to ask someone else. Very disappointed with our service.

  Took the family (6) in total, was seated at the very back of restaurant and the area was very cold. Server took 15 minutes to come to my table , drinks took 20 minutes to come and the food took over 1 hour, when the food arrived it was cold the baked potato was raw couldn't return the food it would have taken 45 mind at least. Never going back brutal
