Went in and ordered our dinner, it was not busy, I only had one person ahead of me. Finally got our meal after 35 minutes. Watched our burgers and fries sit on the heat lamp for 20 minutes, yummy. Left and got home, i had ordered poutine and the battered pickle spears. The poutine was so drenched in gravy it was disgusting and the spears were overcooked so bad that when you took a bite the pickle came out in one piece. Also had to microwave the burgers. Not sure if we should give them another chance or not.

I asked for a refund because at this point I’m annoyed and don’t want to wait for the original order i placed and was waiting 15 min for and the manager only said I’m sorry…. Horrible customer service never going back

Please cook them a little longer. Almost immediately after posting this review I was contacted via email from Harvey's customer service, I filled out the complaint form, and they suggested next time we order to tell the server to cook the fries longer or crispy. I also received a $15.00 credit for when we order again. Hopefully the problem will be solved.
