The servers are attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The food it usually perfect, and if it's not the servers are more than happy to correct a mistake. You feel welcome and like they're trying to make your visit a pleasant experience. Unline the Wayerloo location.

Our server looked and gave off the feeling that she did not want to be there at all and provide service to anyone. Treat everyone with courtesy and care is what you need to do in a service industry. Other tables that this server also had the same experience and we just laughed out of sadness for the establishment. Do better.

We asked for a small bowl so we could separate some soup for our baby, and she told us they did not have one. However, about 30 minutes later, a nearby table with children was provided a paper bowl by the same server. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and disappointed, as it raised concerns about inconsistent service. We hope the restaurant can ensure that all guests are treated equally and with courtesy, regardless of background.

Service was very slow. 6 of the 8 meals came out. Two meals were cold. The two other meals came about 10 minutes later after 2 reminders. The washrooms were disgusting. I won't be going back to this location. Im in the process of connecting with head office.

The dressing for the garden salad was hotter than the pizza!!! Did not receive pizza dipping sauce, which was an extra charge. For the 2nd meal, had a special request of no topping, received that topping, with the hot dressing. Literally half my order is messed up. I do not recommend delivery or pick-up, eat in house for the option to correct your meals, cause this is crazy.
