  My friend and I decided to try this location yesterday because it has been years since we have been to east side Mario's. I can’t believe we have waited so long to be back because the food and service were amazing. Our server Mac was so friendly and helpful. We were indecisive on what to order and he helped us decide what entree to get (hell’s kitchen chicken) because it was his favourite and I can now definitely see why. Overall our experience with the restaurant and Mac were very pleasant and can’t wait to come back!!

Abby was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks full, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable.!

  I want to thank East Side Mario’s for the amazing dining experience. Our waiter Mac provided top notch customer service. He went above and beyond by making exceptional suggestions with regards to our food choices, followed by a warming smile! The whole experience was very memorable and we will return in the very near future to dine !

  Came yesterday for my son’s birthday!! I just have to take a moment to talk about Leah, because she is truly one of the most amazing servers I’ve ever had. From the second she came to our table, her energy was warm, genuine, and welcoming. She has this natural way of making you feel comfortable and valued like you’re not just another table, but actually someone she cares about taking care of. Her smile was real, her attitude was positive, and she carried herself with so much professionalism and kindness. She was attentive without hovering, quick without rushing us, and so patient especially during a special celebration. She made sure everything was perfect, double-checked our orders, kept drinks filled, and handled every request with such grace. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. What really stood out to me was her vibe. No attitude, no stress energy, no negativity just pure kindness and good energy the entire time. Even when things got busy, she stayed calm, composed, and focused. That kind of service is rare. Leah didn’t just serve us she elevated the whole experience. She’s the type of person who makes you want to come back simply because of how she treats you. Thanks Leah!! Your amazing girl She is truly a gem, and the restaurant is lucky to have her. 💛
