First of all for the seafood linguine there was no calamari and just 4 shrimps, yes I literally count them. Secondly my garlic Parmesan chicken wings did not come with any celery or dip and thirdly my mini dessert trio did not come with the chocolate cheese cake, I literally got two strawberries. I don’t know if they take us for a fool that we don’t know our food or if because we look Indian we’re from India and don’t know what we are being served. My bill came up to 164 bucks but my husband was so dissatisfied and disappointed he was literally upset and wanted to tell them off but I stopped him because being a Guyanese and having three beers I know what the outcome would have been so I had to send him outside before I pay the bill. I added pictures of what’s on there menu as advertised and what we have been served. NEVER GOING BACK TO HERE at least not the one in Cambridge Ontario

Our service that evening was extremely slow, our ticket remained open for 1 hour and 37 minutes, and we were seated for about 2 hours in total. We only received the bill after prompting the staff, as we needed to leave for a movie. My wife called the following Monday and spoke with a manager, who apologized for the poor experience and kindly offered a complimentary dinner for us and our friends. We came back on October 25 to give the restaurant another chance, but unfortunately, the service was again disappointing. It took 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our table, and other guests who arrived after us were served drinks and food before we were. We had to ask twice just to receive water. Drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive, salads came out at the 30-minute mark, and bread was only brought after two reminders, around 45 minutes in. Our meals were finally served at about 50 minutes, one of which was lukewarm and the pasta was undercooked. Another 1.5 hours at East side Mario's for a quick early dinner. We were genuinely hoping for a better experience this time, especially after the manager’s gesture, but this was very discouraging. We discussed about not returning
