- ESErica SpearsDec 29, 20251.0the customer service here is no where to be found exactly like their staff, the girl was hiding behind the big wall and saw me and ignored me until i asked for her to come over, i order a hot dog that was fine but she didn’t change gloves going from the hot dog station to the ice cream…cross contamination if i’ve ever seen it and then she was very skimpy on my strawberry sauce having to ask her twice go please give me more . i’m not paying for just swift ice cream if like my strawberry sauce with my sundae!

I explained that to the individual that answered the phone and said i wanted to cancel, i thought it was going to be delivered. But the manager actually offered to deliver my order and he was very nice and did not charge me a divery charge. Thank You
