  Honestly I love this place and the Kitchener location. They provide great customer service and good quality food. They have such a professional operation. What ever their training system is. Other food companies should look at it and see if they can pick up anything. They got a good mix of staff members from different demographics and backgrounds that work together to form the chick-fil-a culture. kind, and always willing to listen to better your experience. Makes you feel appreciated for eating there. Andrew gave me great service. The rest of the team just going around making sure it was as clean as possible. Doing this while people having their meals. Very courteous along the way. I would add a photo of the food but all of it is long gone.

  Went through the drive-thru, and then was told multiple times that the employee couldn’t hear me on the intercom. I had to shout just to order my family’s food, then when we got to the window, we were told by this employee that she felt our “tone” was rude. I was frankly taken aback by this employee’s comments, as I was accommodating HER after trying to order 3 times. I worked in food service for over 10 years and I would never treat a costumer as foul as she did. I just said “okay” after she shared her “feelings” and she continued to complain after I listened to her and didn’t challenge her. I was just complying with her request to speak louder until she could finally hear me and then I received a lecture at the window. I really sympathize with workers in food service, so I don’t like to complain, but her attitude and comments were unjustified, entitled and inappropriate that bordered on harassment. Gross behaviour overall. I’ll be choosing other locations or other food options just to avoid interacting with this aggressive person.

  First time trying Chick-fil-A. 10/10!!! Staff were lovely, place was clean and the food was off the charts!

  I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing staff at Chick-fil-A for their outstanding service. A special shoutout to Joe, who truly went above and beyond and completely made my day. I arrived right before closing after getting off work late, exhausted and starving. Despite the timing, she welcomed me with such kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience—instead, she made sure I was taken care of, and that meant so much. It’s rare to come across people who show that level of compassion and positivity, especially at the end of a long day. We truly need more people like Joe in this world. She didn’t just brighten my evening—she made my whole week, even my month. God bless her and the entire team. Thank you again for all that you do!

  The young man working in the front named Andrew, was very respectful and polite! He had excellent customer service and great manners. His kind demure made me feel very welcomed and lifted my mood. Thank you to Andrew! 🫶
