    It is a Joe to go there no matter morning noon or night is all it is. Is kids running around talking and you don’t get service are you wait 15 minutes to get called this place is a joke now it has gone so far downhill it’s unbelievable.

    Great place to go if you want to wait for a crazy amount of time and get cold/stale food. But still the best reason to go, if you complain, the General Manager will LIE right to your face and claim they will send you coupons in the mail.....that was THREE YEARS AGO....have gone in a number of times....Mysteriously NEVER there anymore....and nobody will pass along the message either!!!

    Ordered my food @3:11pm and didn’t receive my food until 3:32pm. I was waiting for a grilled chicken snack wrap. I asked for the rest of my food and I was told that “grilled chicken takes 8 minutes to make” with an eye roll which was uncalled for. Seems like Riley can’t do math because it was already 3:30? Some lady with glasses in a managers costume (No name tag so we’ll just name her Lanky) gave me a dirty look when I asked if they knew how to tell time. I was waiting for almost 20 mins for my small wrap. Not sure what the lack of professionalism is for; but they both need to get it together.

    Just ordered curbside. Pop had no syrup tasted like club soda. Asked the Indian manager to please exchange it, even said you can even dump and refill the the cup I had. She ignorantly went and poured a drink and proceeded to rudely say they dont normally give refills. My pop was still full!. Complete disregard for customer service. 20 dollars for a tiny burger and fry and cant even get a little respect.

    After using a code for a big mac meal. Hey another for 4.49 with the code 1661 the manager told me I had to pay for my fries that I had already paid for this place is a scam and the manager is not helpful avoid this place!
