Yesterday December 31 at around 2pm myself and husband and my 5 yrs old daughter came in to eat,I ordered the food and then went to find a table to find out all the tables were dirty garbage on the floor and the garage cans were over full.i don't live in Caledonia and I will not be back eitheri also have pictures as well

i did not like this place. it was very strange… one time i came here with my dad and they asked if i needed the dallas meal.. i am not that big to order mayo on a cheeseburger.. who would order that.. obviously dallas but it’s okay and the people start asking my dad weird questions i cannot explain.. it took very long for them to make my order. all i ordered was a cheeseburger meal. and it took them 20 minutes.. it was very strange.

I went to Mcdonald's earlier today, horrible. The food was okay, the service was bad. I waited 25 minutes for 2 grinch meals and a happy meal and i didnt even get the box for my grinch meal. They gave me a bag. I paid $18.50 for each grinch meal. The food was hot but 25 minutes is OUTRAGES!!! $18.50 IS OUTRAGES!! Will i go back? no.

I was at your location last night around 12:30 a.m. with my family. It was extremely busy, and the drive-thru line was long, so naturally the wait time was a bit high. When I got closer, I saw a customer yelling at the staff for being slow, but the employee stayed calm and handled the situation professionally. When I reached the window I spoke to the person there he seemed to be the manager. I asked why the wait was longer, and he politely explained, “Sir, during night shifts we have limited staff, but we’re doing our best.” his calm attitude,energy, and welcoming nature impressed both me and my wife, especially while dealing with pressure and upset customers.
I asked his name, and he said it was mohit. I just want to thank him, and if any higher management or the owner reads this, you should know he is hardworking and you need more people like him.

tuesday december 2nd 2025 McDonald's Manager today light hair woman pretty sure the manager on shift... (just after lunch) Wow just wow not sure how you still have a job there,the ignorance you show to customers is disgusting ,just the way you talk to people......I mean if you dont like the job QUIT! ......someone came in the door because you got the food wrong through the drive thru gave you a big mac cause it had onions he didnt order (that kinda set you off lil angry were you"? why i have no idea...you got the order wrong fix the mistake without getting mad"!)) anyways so the Man waiting on his coffee asked her kindly if he could have it as he was hungry if you throwing it in the garbage anyways...so you said to him in a snotty tone "just wait".........so he did watching you walk to get the new big mac for customer...then throwing the other in the garbage!.......came back man asked you if you threw it out...and in an angry state said yes!........You know All he was doing was aking for food he knew you were gonna throw in the garbage,thought he could eat it......but instead of you giving a man who was clearly hungry you decided to throw it away........Do you not have a soul.......people like you are part of the problem today the lack of kindness the lack of caring for others...You rather throw it in the garbage in a fit of rage instead of simply saying.yes of course you can have it enjoy the meal....oh btw you said mentioned"policy" right....the policy is for no you cant reserve the product to someone as in just place it on another order instead........thats the policy ..You can actually instead of throwing it in the garbage staff can eat it you can eat it......you can also give it to someone.........so when u screamed policy..nah thats b.s....besides even if it was......just because theres a policy doesnt mean the policy is the right thing to do....just found it heartless thing to do......throw the big mac in the garbage right infront of his face mind you.instead of giving it to him..........Ihope you sleep good at night..........i mean delete come at me whatever i found this so ignorant selfish.............be humble be a good person do better the world is already full of hate.......such a shame
