  Paid for an order online in full to show up and have the employee & manager try to tell me I still owed money "Additional" money to what was shown on the receipt and charged to my credit card. After showing my online receipt showing the full amount I paid by credit card they still insisted I owed "3 cents". The online order never said anything about additional charges and the employee was not understanding of the principle of not charging additional fees randomly.

  I come here often and today’s experience is unusual. The meal was good the dessert was decadent however the service was not up to par. In fact it was abominable. The waitress’s attitude reminded me of Flow from Mel’s Dinner in the Alice sitcom from the 70’s. All in all I won’t let one bad experience ruin all the other past good ones.

  The service as always was great. The food on the other hand was not. Potato was overcooked and wrapped was burnt slightly and some of the chicken was tough First time I’ve ever had bad meal at Swiss chalet
