Roop Deep made the whole experience even better. She was polite, quick, and very thoughtful in the way she took care of us. Her friendly attitude made us feel relaxed and welcome throughout our visit. Appreciate the great service, Roop Deep—we’ll definitely be back!

- AAA.M.Apr 1, 20263.0Last evening, I ordered take out dinner from both Swiss Chalet and Harvey's. Harvey's burger combo was great, but not sure what happened with the Swiss Chalet food. I ordered the chicken spring rolls and fish tacos with fries. The spring rolls were horrible compared to what I've had in the past. Much smaller than they were even a month ago (approximately) and very little chicken/ filling. Not sure if they've changed this item for good, or if it's just this location. These were definitely not worth $8.99 plus tax for four small rolls. The picture on the website (first picture) looks like what I've always received in the past (at different locations), but not this time unfortunately (second picture.) The fish tacos were underwhelming... pretty small, not much fish and somewhat soggy. Almost $18 with fries seems overpriced for what I got. Despite the disappointing food experience, the service was good and staff were friendly.
