  Ordered from here last night all was well until the delivery man came to my door, instead of giving me my food he stood there for 2 minutes staring at me asking me why I ordered from that restaurant, asking me if I knew how far he had to drive and decided interrogating me about why I ordered and made him drive 15km was more important. What type of man stands at a woman’s door like that making them feel unsafe ? I called the restaurant and was supposed to get a call back but never received one ! I guess this location accepts that type of behaviour from employees, don’t bother !

  Extremely disappointed with Papa John's on William O'Connell Blvd. The quality here is all over the place, and unfortunately more bad than good. My usual order is a veggie pizza and garlic parmesan breadsticks, and they rarely get either right. The pizza is often flat to the point of feeling poorly made, and the breadsticks are almost always doughy, dry, or undercooked. The last order was unacceptable ... undercooked breadsticks with barely any garlic parmesan sauce (not even a teaspoon), and yet again a flat, lifeless pizza. Adding instructions doesn’t help: they either drown the breadsticks in the sauce, make excuses, or try to charge extra for something that should be standard. At this point, it feels like there’s no quality control. Really frustrating experience and not worth the risk of ordering again.

  Bad service and the treatment of employees is inappropriate, and I do not recommend dealing with the restaurant or with the staff

  We order on Tuesday when they had the Bogo deal. The lady that answered the phone didnt honor the deal. The price for 1 was pizza was $18 and if we got the *free** It was going to be $36+ My husband explained that it was advertised and if she needed the code she said No. She just didnt understand so he got frustrated since she didnt speak very well English . So we ended up with just 1 pizza. False advertised. Pizza didnt have much on top lots of cheese. We will be ordering from our other favorite place. We thought on trying this place for a change
