  Ordered two veg sandwiches and they gave me chicken instead. When I pointed out their mistake, they had the nerve to be rude and tell me I should’ve checked my order, as if it’s my job to fix their incompetence. Definitely one of the worst outlets.

  second time coming here and second issue, only come here cause I have 2 kids ... 1st time both nugget meals were 1 nugget short (2 in total) .... Another time told the person I had a coupon while ordering and the person at the payment window didn't realize until after I paid then told me there's nothing they can do (they can void the order refund and charge the appropriate amount which is 6$ less) Not coming back

  *Used to be 5 Stars* I have been a long time customer over 15 Years coming to this McDonald's. Scott the Owner & Family are great people who honor quality and service. Sadly, today seemed to be the final incident recently. I went through the Drive-thru and ordered a Hamburger (No Onions) and it was clearly understood as when I received the burger, I took a look to check incase and do I not find onions on burger bun top all thrown, a surplus of onions underneath the patty as if the cook tried to scrape them off or something. I enter inside to kindly complain and ask for replacement or refund. The manager was immediately rude then got hostile towards me yelling and everything waving hands around telling me get out if I want to be rude. All I said is "is there not a (Execlude Onions) sticker attached to the burger? She's replied "yes" and I said well If they can read, what happened for this to happen. Then it ended basically her talking in another language yelling saying "racism" this and that. When nothing was said about ethnicity. So basically I bought a Hamburger I couldn't eat, and got way arrogance then I ordered.

  Food was hot and ready fast Order was perfect and nothing was missing Hard to come by at most drive thru fast food places reason for 5 stars
