  The food quality is decent, but the service really needs improvement. Unfortunately, the staff are consistently unfriendly, not welcoming, and not helpful when it comes to explaining menu options. There’s no smile, no positive attitude — it honestly feels like they just want you to place your order and leave as quickly as possible. Customer service makes a big difference, and this experience makes me think twice about coming back.

  I’ll be honest. The only reason I come here is because they make banger fries and my wife loves them.

  Grabbed a coffee here before hitting the gym nearby and they were very fast and the coffee was HOT and tasty. I don’t think I’ve ever had coffee that fresh from a McDonalds.

  I was dining in and was watching one of the managers, her name started with a 'D', I couldn't tell exactly. She was very rude and pushy to the customers. One girl was very upset, you could easily tell. Wouldn't recommend.

  Today my son left a review saying he was refused a cup of water with his order because he doesn’t drink soda. Apparently, if you want a cup of tap water here, you first have to pay $4 for a drink. So he ended up eating his burger without anything to drink. I am honestly shocked and furious. My first reaction was to go speak to the manager, but leaving a review here and everywhere else possible might be more effective. For my entire life in this country, you could walk into any fast-food restaurant and ask for a cup of water, even without placing an order, and no one would make an issue out of it. What is going on here? I would really like to look the owner of this particular McDonald’s franchise in the eyes and hear the explanation for this policy. P.S. I read the recent reviews, and judging by the steady stream of negative feedback and the complete lack of response from the restaurant, the franchise owner doesn’t seem to care much about this business. I will definitely be filing a complaint with McDonald’s Canada through their Guest Relations system, and I encourage anyone who experienced poor service at this location to do the same.
