We had such a great experience thanks to Monique!
We were a group of 12, which is never easy to manage, but she handled everything so smoothly and professionally. I ordered a burger and it was delicious, but honestly the service was the highlight. Monique was attentive, organized, and made sure everyone at the table was taken care of without missing a beat.
At the end, she even brought separate machines to process payments, which saved everyone so much time,such a thoughtful and efficient touch!
Exceptional service, amazing energy, and truly made our night. Thank you, Monique! 🙌
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. The service was incredibly slow from the moment we sat down, and it felt like we were being completely ignored. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to place an order, and even then, things were forgotten or came out wrong.
What made it worse was the male manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, they were dismissive and borderline rude, offering excuses rather than solutions. There was no attempt to make things right, which really left a bad impression.
Overall, the food wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service and lack of accountability. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend or return to.
Went to Jackson’s Landing in Burlington during happy hour and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. The prices were amazing, the food was even better, and the service really stood out. Our waitress was super nice and friendly, and the manager was just as welcoming.
We actually had a horrible experience about 20 minutes earlier at another spot in downtown Burlington and decided to come here instead … best decision we made all night. Completely turned the night around for us.
Big thanks to everyone at Jackson’s Landing I’ll definitely be coming back!
Came to Jackson’s Landing for Easter Brunch which they had their normal menu plus other bunch options. Went with the chicken and waffles but unfortunately the size of the waffle is huge and only received 2 relatively small chicken pieces. Outside of this I had their landing espresso martini which for me the malagasy chocolate bitters ruins the traditional taste. Our table also was ordering Guinness and the pours were incredibly inconsistent which you can see here.

Let me set the scene. Just got off a 16 hour shift in a steel mill, wife is pissed i picked up so much over time. I know how I can smooth this over. Date night! I tell her to put on something cute we're gonna go try somewhere we've never been. So we get to The Landing in Burlington. Atmosphere is cool, seems like a good vibe. Only waited about 2 minutes for a table so that was nice. But this is where the problem occured. Nothing hapoened after that. We sat there chatting, looking over the menu. But still nothing happened. No one came to say "hi" or "can I start you with some waters?) No one came. We made eye-contact with at least 3 people who definitely worked there. NO ONE CAME! So after sitting there waiting for almost 40 minutes with our orders ready... because we had so much time with the menu. Figured it was time to get up and leave. Walked out the front door, same nice hostess said have a great night. We are having a nice time in at different restaurant. Where Garret greeted us promptly and is giving immaculate service.
