Fries were undercooked. Giant pieces of lettuce butt on my burger, and there is clearly a bias in who they hire. Very little diversity of staff at this location considering how multicultural the region is. Will not return.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fine/normal, but Five Guys has been my personal standard for burgers for years and I order the same exact thing every time. This was by far the worst Five Guys burger I’ve had. The cheese on my burger was even cold. I feel like I would have had a better experience if I took the burger home and heated it up in the microwave. Ive actually never had a bad burger at a Five Guys no matter the location which is why i love it so much, but this was bad enough for me to have to leave a review. I’m NOT the type of person to leave a review anywhere good or bad. But I took this one personal because I love Five Guys so much.

This place has taken a turn for the worse. Portion size and quality of food has gone drastically downhill. Pop machines are just shooting out water for some options such as Diet Coke. Final straw for me was that I found a hair in my food tonight - appeared to be from a black beard. How coincidental that the guy at the flattop had a black beard. Definitely won’t be back.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
