This was by far the worst Five Guys burger I’ve had. The cheese on my burger was even cold. I feel like I would have had a better experience if I took the burger home and heated it up in the microwave. Ive actually never had a bad burger at a Five Guys no matter the location which is why i love it so much, but this was bad enough for me to have to leave a review. I’m NOT the type of person to leave a review anywhere good or bad. But I took this one personal because I love Five Guys so much.

Pop machines are just shooting out water for some options such as Diet Coke. Final straw for me was that I found a hair in my food tonight - appeared to be from a black beard. How coincidental that the guy at the flattop had a black beard. Definitely won’t be back.
