  waited almost 40 minutes for our order - they clearly were not paying attention to the takeout screen because as soon as i walked up to the counter they all panicked and said “two minutes” as to which was almost another 20 minutes. if you miss an order just own up to it instead of making your customer wait almost 40 mins for takeout at a literal fast food restaurant. we were not the only ones in this situation. there was at least 3 other orders that waited almost as long until i said something. there was 0 apology and if you’re looking to eat at mapleview; go anywhere else other than taco bell/kfc.

  I saw so many health violations in my two seconds of waiting in line for food that I was shocked this restaurant is still operating. The manager had no gloves on touching food, picked his nose and drank a coffee and then continued to put fresh fries into the fryer. Another employee dropped the quesadilla cutter and continued to use it on someone’s food. As a past employee of Taco Bell in high school it’s super embarrassing how this company is being run and the employees have next to know food handling training and can correctly put together an item on the menu. For these reasons I can no longer support my favourite fast food chain. This is not worth becoming severely ill from the lack of health consciousness and the food board needs to shut this place down.

  Visited this location 4 times in the last 10 days and each time was told they lacked ingredients to fulfill my order. Today's excuse was "we don't have burritos." To which my response was an incredulous, "Taco Bell doesn't have burritos?" After 30 years of patronizing Taco Bell, I can assuredly state that this is the worst managed location.

  Absolute worst customer service ever. Staff is unbelievably rude I seriously don’t know how any of them got jobs and keep them. The girl at the cash register has her phone on the counter infront of her and she’s texting/scrolling while barely paying attention to the customers trying to order, not to mention her awful attitude. I’m really not one to complain but this was horrible service.
