  Unfortunately I have to amend my original review of this location. Since the new management has taken over it has gone way down hill. All of the original staff seem to have been replaced, and they were great. When we arrived tonight one server was yelling in the back about how he needed help up front and how he had asked for help 5 times at this hour point. Service is incredibly slow and food is inconsistent at best. Watching tables seated after us served their food while we are still waiting is just vinegar in the wound. We ordered the new mozzarella sticks which were inedible. Hot on the outside, cold on the inside and greasy all over. Do not recommend. I used to enjoy coming here, but I think this will be my last visit until some much needed changes have been made. Updated to say that after waiting 45 minutes for our food there was a hair in my friend’s sandwich and it had to be sent back. When their sandwich had been brought back, it hadn’t been made properly. It took our server another good 10 minutes to get the bill to us. To add insult to injury, there was no compensation for the meal. When I questioned this, I was told that the inedible mozzarella sticks were comped. You can’t comp food that was inedible and had been sent back. There was nothing offered to my friend whose food had hair in it, nor did the manager visit our table at any point. All in all, we were there for well over an hour for poor food and even poorer service.

  The restaurant was busy and our server still made sure we got out in ample time for our son’s hockey game. The food was hot and served just how we like it. Thanks for a delicious dinner Clare!

  The Greek waiter Tszos was the best part of our night. Great service. Menu needs to bring back sweet potatoe fries and multigrain buns, also won’t give you rice instead of fries, come on guys not everyone eats fries. . The new Cheese sauce not to good taste like powder or cheez wiz but chicken was good as usual

  Our server, Jasmine, was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and always there when we needed, and not there when we didn't! This is the best Swiss Chalet in Burlington. Enjoy!

  I just want to express my dissatisfaction with my food order today that I ordered online… The service was fine when I picked up my order that was ready on time, however my food order must have been made way before my on time arrival due to receiving cold food as well as the portion size being smaller than advertised. Otherwise the taste of the food was pretty good but still not as good as usual.
