- MLMike LongNov 17, 20252.0Every time I take out Swiss Chalet at this location the French fries are absolutely horrible, double maybe triple fried & pieces of, what seems to be, old fries that have been laying around. This has happened the last 6 times with my take out. The chicken has been burnt 3 times. I go here because it’s close. I will stop going here unless things change.

We actually walked out of Chucks Roadhouse as we waited so long to be seated. When we walked into Swiss Chalet,Tasos was waiting with a big smile on his face and we knew we picked the right place to eat. Even if the restaurant is busy the communication makes the experience a good one. Thank you Tasos for the wonderful service. You made our day.

She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and a great dining experience. She was very friendly and interacted with the girls in a way that made them feel very welcome and looked after. Thanks Taylor for making our outing such a special one!

Our drinks were refilled without asking and the food came out hot and fresh. She even brought out finger bowls, which we haven't had in so long. Thank you Debbie for making my Dad's "29th" birthday so special. We will definitely be back for more celebrations.

How hard can it be to package 3 festive specials for delivery and make sure all the components are in the bag? Too difficult apparently. 3 festive specials, no stuffing in any of them. I should have known better than to order from this location. Last time they sent poutine without gravy. Absolutely abysmal. Don't bother.
