  It is my first visit here, i had very hire expectations with the food as their menu looks delicious but the food i received on my table was crap. cold backed potato chicken was reheated with complete dry skin on it. i completely lost my appetite after two bites. its well known brand so some should look after the food guilty seriously. This appleby location has lot of other good options but this brand doesn't look like in a lead.

  We recently held an 80th birthday dinner for my stepdad at Swiss Chalet, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant arranged a buffet-style menu for our group, and everything was well organized and delicious. What really made the evening special was the outstanding service. Our servers, Tasos and Taylor, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the event. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that all of our guests were well taken care of. Their warm attitude and exceptional service truly helped make the celebration memorable. Thank you to the team at Swiss Chalet for helping us celebrate such an important milestone. We really appreciate the effort and hospitality!

  After having a few consecutive negative experiences with Swiss Chalet, I'd deliberatively avoided it for a few years. The person I dined with with today is a fan, so I decided to brave another try. After having some horrible food and service experiences at other locations, today renewed my faith in this Canadian classic. At it's fair price point the rotisserie was a great throwback trreat and I'd forgotten the charm of the wee cup of Chalet sauce. Our server, Sujata, was friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. She gave us space to enjoy our conversation but was attentive and on the ball, much appreciated.

  The experience here was incredible! We just had our son’s birthday party here and would recommend this location for any big or small party/ festive needs! It was amazing service from both Tassos and Sandy, as well as the other staff there! We could not thank you all enough for a great day and great party! Thank you so much!!! We will definitely be coming back soon! Cheers!!
