  Paul and the other staff member, were run off their feet during the busy March break plus ‘Kids Eat Free’ day. We had great service and a wonderful lunch, even though they were short staffed.

  Have have been to many Swiss Chalets' but the service at 1220 Brant St was great. At this location a robot helps the server's by bring your order to the assigned table, and it greats you with music and thank Q. My server Amy, was second to none, our poutine came a little cold , but with a smile and a sorry she return with a decent replacement. Very grateful to her. I will return again, due to her kindness.

  I placed a pickup order from this location yesterday, and this place is usually pretty good. However yesterday I paid $33 for the chicken and half rack ribs combo and was given the smallest quarter chicken I’ve ever seen. It was basically 1 chicken wing with a tiny bit of extra meat attached. For such a high price I would expect a larger portion. The ribs were just okay but a little overcooked. Based on this experience it’s unlikely I will order from here again.

  I have enjoyed a meal at this restaurant but the service was not the best. Slow to even order a drink, and when asked if I could order a drink and appetizer, the waitress with short hair was very short and condescending. I had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point. The food was good but my appetizer came with hardened mashed potatoes stuck to the side of the plate which was a bit of a turn off. I am not sure if they were understaffed this day but I was in there at 4:30 pm so it wasnt very busy at that time. Perhaps a nicer waitress may have made all the difference.

  The service I received from Kinsey while dining yesterday for lunch was outstanding! She was welcoming and made me feel like family. The food was fresh, hot and gave the nostalgia I remembered as a kid. Highly recommend this location!
