How can a corporation this bad have such a terrible customer service? Tonight my order was 25 minutes late to start with. Next they gave my order to another customer that was nice enough to bring it back. When the lady at the counter handed it over to me, it was missing the drink portion of the order. I wish this was just a one off bad experience, but no such luck. The only reason I come back is because they do have great food. Corporate office should really get someone to do a major overhaul of the takeout process.

There was another lady there that ordered a head of time and was told her order would be ready at 5:15pm - it was 6pm and she did not have her order. Luckily we got our meal on time but upon coming home we realized we were missing a few items from our order. Attempted to call the store multiple times and no answer. Very disappointed.

Its was busy and our server Abby was so welcoming. Our food came out quickly, fresh. Our chicken was fresh and very good. My husband pointed out how clean it was and the bathrooms were spotless. The Christmas decor is simple and refreshing. Whomever runs this store thank you for your hospitality, your staff is great! 😁

The food came out quick and the chicken was so good. My kids loved the robot. Thank you to your team for making our family dinner so wonderful. Our first time at this location, we will be back.

Just inconsiderate to the employee even though she was very pleasant. Unfortunately when my friend and I arrived the friers were not working. So NO FRENCH FRIES. Besides the chicken, the French fries are the Best at Swiss Chalet. But we were out of luck. I ended up having the peroigies which would have been fantastic but they put this cheese on that was a worse version of Kraft cheese. It just was a disappointment.
