  They don't accept coupons at the food court. Not the employees problem as they are obviously directed to do that, but sad they lose business because of it. The location never looks busy.

  Bad atmosphere not even fresh sandwich and one hair was in it.I was so disappointed.when I talk with manager he was so rude and not ready to give money back

  I am a mall employee and had a very unprofessional experience at this Subway today on 25 January nearly 1.20 pm. Two girls were working, and when I asked for the mall employee discount, one was extremely argumentative, insisting it didn't exist and even showing me her screen to "prove" there was no button for it. I knew I was right because of the mall-wide pamphlet sent out two days ago. I had to insist she call someone to verify. Only then did she admit the discount existed. Despite claiming she had worked there a "long time," she clearly didn't know the store’s own policies. The interaction got even more ridiculous when she demanded my ID. She told me that if I’m a mall employee, I should have a badge. I pointed out that while she was wearing a Subway badge, it was completely blank—no name or identification at all. If you are going to be strict about identification, you should at least follow the standard of wearing a nametag so customers know who is serving them. I would have included her name here, but she wasn't providing one. To top it off, as soon as I walked away, both girls started talking about me behind my back. It wasn't about the $1 or $2; it was about the lack of training and the total lack of respect. Management needs to address the attitude and the lack of basic uniform standards at this location.

  This locations manager must be very cheap. I tried to use my promo code as this is the closest subway to my house but for some reason it is the only subway that does not participate in this promotion . Makes no sense. Lines up with all the other reviews I read about them. Terrible.

  Atrocious customer service. Employee didn’t wear a name tag so not sure of his name. Super rude and cheap when making the sandwich. Put 6 olives total on a foot long sub. Gives attitude and sarcastic remarks when asked a question. No greetings. Refused that we get additional pickles on the side. Disgusting. Never buying from this location again especially if this particular employee is working. Seems like all their reviews are negative anyways. Management or ownership really needs to see how their employees are treating their guests and provide extensive training on customer service and soft skills.
