I don't know what happened with this customer but my experiences of the past couple of years couldn't have been more positive. Maybe Shilpa was giving the customer some good advice given the concern he had about food allergies but didn't present it in a way that he liked or wanted to hear.

The kitchen serving area was very tidy, the floors looked recently cleaned, tables and chairs neat. The staff were friendly and helped me regarding a coupon on the app. Great experience!
