  If i could give 10 star i would. RICK helped us this evening. RICk has excellent customer service and RICK made a delicious sandwich for my sons and i. RICk is kind sweet and just a great person. My son forgot his toy in the store as we hopped into the car and Rick ran outside to give it to us. Thank you Rick for excellent experience at subway. 😀

  I would like to recognize Pankaj for the excellent service today. From the moment I walked in, she greeted customers with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately made the experience pleasant. She handled my order with care and wrapped the sandwich neatly and professionally. It is clear that she pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work.   I had a great experience at this Subway location today. Pankaj welcomed everyone with such a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and it makes the whole visit feel better. She prepared my order carefully and wrapped the sandwich neatly and properly, which I truly appreciated. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Pankaj, for the excellent service.   On February 15, 2026, I accidentally placed an order for two tuna subs at this location for pickup. I immediately tried to call the store to cancel, but the phone call was disconnected on their end. I was confused and unsure what to do, and by the time I figured it out, the sandwiches had already been prepared. Because I was too far away to pick them up, I contacted the store manager to request a refund, but was told no refund could be issued. On February 22, 2026, we visited the store in person to resolve the issue. The only resolution offered was the same sandwiches that had been made a week earlier. They were not willing to remake them fresh. Offering week-old prepared food as a solution is unacceptable and not safe. I understand that mistakes happen, and I accept responsibility for ordering at the wrong location. However, the lack of flexibility, poor phone handling, and refusal to provide a reasonable solution reflect very poor customer service. I hope management reviews their policies and improves how situations like this are handled in the future.
