I have been to many NY Fries locations over the years and have always enjoyed the food and the customer service has always been good. Not sure what’s wrong with the two female staff at the Burlington Mall today, but good grief, whoever owns this location, needs to get things in shape! The girl at the cash isn’t paying attention to me standing there. Her head was buried in her iPad. So I went to the other girl standing by the serving area doing nothing and asked her to serve me. She said no, she’s not the cashier. I went back to the girl at the cash and stood there waiting again. I finally said excuse me can you serve me? She told me it would be a sec. She’s doing the online orders. I said it’s already been a few minutes and I’m being ignored here. She couldn’t be bothered with me. The NY Fries company needs to something about this location. No way any business can act like this and stay open. I for one will never visit this location again!

The girl at the cash register didn’t even look upand told me to just wait one second I went to the other working girl there that was behind the food area and she said I can’t take your order you have to go to the girl behind the cash first. So I did. Waited there a few minutes and wasn’t acknowledged even once. The girl continued being on her tablet. Finally I got frustrated!! It’s called a fast food place for a reason. So I spoke up and said I’m standing here and you’re not taking my order and with attitude she replied I’m doing the online orders. And frustrated I say but I’m standing right here!! She muttered something under her breath and then says I’m not going to serve you!! New York fries… teach your workers customer service!! Stop hiring people who don’t know what good customer service means!! I’m never going back to New York fries!! I had my elderly parents and kids waiting while she was dilly dallying!!
