The whole bag ripped apart, literally the whole side of the bag of chicken ripped in half and every piece of our 20 pack of chicken went all over the parking lot. They wouldn't replace the chicken (not the whole order, just the bucket) and even went as far as to tell us to learn how to pick up a bag properly. We lost the main part of our dinner and possibly worse were told we didn't know how to pick up a bag. Very rude service and poor products.
