Been about a year since I have been at this location, due to horrible wiat times and service.
Went back tonight and was at the 30min wait mark for a 2pc and 4pc meal. Asked for almy food or a refund, was told it will still be a bit longer so took the refund.
Got excuses of lots of orders in the que and drive through. I was the first order on the instore que. Very disappointed that things haven't changed

Absoltuely terrible experience. Had to wait 20+ mins. When the order finally came we were missing 2 drinks and poutine fries, they instead put in regular fries. You pay extra for the poutine fries and this what you get. Staff are too busy to even ask if ur order is ok. Never again visiting this place.

I dont usually write reviews but this is an exception. I went to order a boneless bucket at 730 pm on feb 8tb and i was told they were out of tenders. Not only that but also that they wont be making anymore? This location closes at 11pm. You're telling me that in the next 3 and half hours of service, you dont intend on making anymore tenders. It blows my mind that a chicken place just stops making chicken 3 and half hours before close. I will not be back and i advise you steer clear. This location has been one of the worst KFC's in the burlington area for well over 15 years. AVOID AT ALL COST

Understaffed only one person, the poor worker deserves a raise for being left to deal with Friday night rush hour all on his own. Owners need to schedule more people at busy times. Poor guy, he had to take the verbal abuse of people who were not understanding of his situation, not fair to the front line worker. Dude, if you ever see this, you did a great job under pressure. Thank you for working so hard!!
