The man wearing glasses here is utterly useless and unprofessional. My online mobile order of only a $5 snack box took +40 minutes and after waiting 40 minutes it spent another 20 minutes sitting out in the open because the useless workers were just standing in the back having a good time instead of attending to customers. Utter garbage location hopefully this KFC closes down
- SSsosa7790Dec 16, 20252.0Come in at 215 on a Tuesday.. Lady makes me order from the kiosk. I order a 2 pc special then they tell me they ran out of chicken and it will take 20 mins to make. Ask for a refund, guy says since I ordeted from the kiosk he has to make a phone call to get me a refund and it could take awhile. He tried to make it right by offering me anything else on the menu which I relunctantly took since I didnt want to wait around. Poorly managed it seems.
