  Courtney is very friendly, attentive and brings a good energy. The food is always good we like the balsamic chicken and beet and goat cheese salad!

  I used to come here often and always had good experiences, but this visit was a HUGE letdown. The food didn’t meet the standard I remembered, it came cold and was also missing an item. The service unfortunately added to the frustration — our server appeared inattentive and lacked the attentiveness and professionalism you’d expect. It’s unfortunate to see such a change in a place I once really enjoyed. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and left me unlikely to return.

  We recently went to Kelseys to celebrate a birthday for both my mom and me, and it turned into a really special experience for our whole family. My mom, my wife, my daughter, and I all had a great time. The manager and staff Katie truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. They were very friendly, attentive, and made the celebration feel special from start to finish. As a really thoughtful surprise my wife let them know the reason for the celebration that they even brought us a free slice of cheesecake as a birthday gift, which was a very nice touch and meant a lot to us. Thank you to the team at Kelseys for helping make our birthday celebration memorable. We really appreciate the kindness and great service.

  Sydney, was our server. My guests were adults with special needs. Without hesitation, Sydney immediately realized this and handled the many questions and requests with grace, kindness, patience and professionalism. She was very busy and was not at all flustered I highly recommend this restaurant

  Hello, I’m writing to share feedback about our recent visit to Kelsey's Original Roadhouse - Guelph Line & Fairview St. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were seated at the back of the restaurant where it was extremely cold, with cold air blowing directly on us throughout the meal. It also took quite a long time to receive our drinks, and an even longer time for our food — despite the restaurant not being busy. When the food finally arrived, the chicken bites and nachos were cold. The nachos were stale, overcooked, and mostly just bare chips with very little topping. The chicken bites were mostly batter and crust, not juicy at all. The only hot meal at the table was my child’s meal. We had to send our food back. Originally, we ordered hot honey chicken bites, but after returning the cold batch, we were brought buffalo chicken bites instead. By that point, we were so hungry that we just ate them. We did inform the server, and she apologized and kindly removed the item from our bill, which we appreciated. She was polite and courteous, but overall the service was very slow and the food quality was poor. It was not the way we intended to spend our Sunday evening. We had planned to stay for dessert but ultimately decided to leave. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that improvements can be made.
