Rarely am I ever motivated to “complain” about a restaurant or its servers/service… But this guy was BY FAR one of the most pompous, arrogant, AND rude people I’ve ever had to deal with. It was shocking. Definitely will NEVER return to this Kelsey’s location; and will likely not visit any other Kelsey’s either, just on principle. A restaurant is only as good as the people who work there. And this one guy’s attitude was enough to make me want to never visit another Kelsey’s ever again.

I was looking forward to the ribs but they came cold, chewy and burnt! The fish came thin and mostly batter or whatever it was supposed to be. The gravy was way too salty and the fries tasted like reheats and were lukewarm. For $25 per meal this was a joke.The waitress was friendly enough, helpful and accommodating. She even offered a replacement of ribs and a free dessert but I really didn’t want a repeat and had completely lost my appetite. I won’t be eating there again. Maybe Kelseys need less menu choices so they can focus on quality.
