We’ve been coming to Jackson’s Landing since they opened (easily 30+ visits over the years), but our experience on Jan 1, 2026 was genuinely disappointing. The The maple-glazed bacon eggs benedict ($19) portion was small, the plate wasn’t anything special, and the “fresh fruit” side was surprisingly small: half a dried strawberry, two grapes, and two blueberries. The server hyped up the potatoes, but they tasted like basic frozen fried cubes, not the garlicky hash described. We actually left hungry enough that family members were offering us parts of their meals. My sister also ordered the crispy calamari ($18.50) and the portion was a small handful of pieces, nothing like what we’ve received here in the past. Credit where it’s due: our server was great, and the Caesars were solid. But at these prices, the portions and quality don’t match, and it’s been trending downhill over the last year or two. I hope they take this feedback seriously because we want our local spot to be worth returning to.

I went to this place twice in the last two months. First time I went for a dinner with a friend, and the service was outstanding, the food was OK. The second time I went for a special dinner where they featured Chilean Pisco. That was a feast!!!!! I will never forget this experience, the chef explained all the dishes to us, and we also had a chance to taste many drinks made with pisco. What a treat!!! The place was vibing!

Food was great however service was extremely slow. I made eye contact with our servers twice and asked for something and they just walk away and ignore you. We waited 20 minutes for a kid's ice cream sandwich and had to repeat that we wanted 7 waters three times. Disappointing service just good food.

We tried Jackson’s Landing Restaurant and our first impression was positive. However, we had to wait quite a while to be seated even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The manager later explained that they were short-staffed that day. The food was good, but it also took a long time to arrive.

Came in here Sunday, December 21st at about 9pm. They didn't seem happy to see us, hostess had as much personality as a cardboard box. The server was even worse. What a complete turnoff. Came in at 9pm with 5 people ready to spend and my god you couldn't squeeze a drip of personality out of this place if you had it in a vice grip. Yikes. We started by ordering 10 drinks and the server actually said "oh no apps?" LoL we just ordered 10 drinks within 30seconds of arriving and the server was upset? No word of a lie this is the absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. Would never return. If I could rate it zero star I would. ZERO. Do not come here. It I was the owner/manager I would be VERY concerned.
