The manager was very nice and despite being fully booked found us a good table. The food and the cocktails were fantastic too.

The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet the service and atmosphere were far from what we expected. When we arrived, we had to wait at the entrance for almost 10 minutes while the hostess, who clearly saw us, continued doing her work without acknowledging us. Eventually, she came over and seated us, but things only went downhill from there. Our server looked visibly annoyed when we were seated and even discussed something with the hostess while looking at our table, which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The atmosphere immediately became unpleasant. We ordered the Breaded Chicken Sandwich and the Peruvian Chicken Salad, but it took nearly 40 minutes for the food to arrive. During that entire time, the server never once checked on us. No updates, no courtesy visit, nothing. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a while before being served. For a restaurant that wasn’t busy, there was absolutely no reason for such slow service or low-quality food. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, from the lack of greeting and courtesy to the unwelcoming attitude and poor service. We left feeling dissatisfied
