  I typically visit this location every few months and I believe this trip means I won't be going back. I felt like I was being punked when I opened the burger. The staff are friendly but this burger was a disgrace. Mushroom burger? Not sure where the mushrooms are, and the bun and burger patty were unbearably dry, as though they had been sitting all day. Very little to no cheese or sauce, that was my ketchup addition to the side so I could get this burger down without choking on dryness. My goodness, what happened....

  I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. I purchased a Cupid Cake that was advertised in the Dairy Queen app for $19.99 and used a valid physical $4 off coupon that I received in the mail. The transaction went through without issue, and I paid successfully. However, after I had already paid and was waiting for my ice creams, the manager came back out specifically to berate me, telling me that I “shouldn’t have used the coupon” (trying to look for some info on his phone to “show” me) and implying I had done something wrong. Even if there was confusion about promotions or coupon policies, confronting and scolding a customer after the transaction is completed is completely inappropriate. The issue could have been explained calmly (or not at all, since it had already been processed), but instead it felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Also making me feel quite embarrassed and uncomfortable in the process. I understand policies, but respectful communication matters — and this experience missed the mark entirely.

  Absolutely the worst Blizzard I’ve ever had. It tasted watered down and barely mixed, like they skipped ingredients. It was disgusting enough that I honestly don’t ever want to go back to Dairy Queen at all.

  Best service ever! Such great attention to detail and beautifully done! The birthday boy loved it - especially the teal colour!! Will be returning for sure!
