  Picked up a last minute sheet cake for our daughter's 2nd birthday in the morning on Feb 28th and both of the ladies we dealt with were friendly, helpful and did an excellent job. They offered to decorate it for us, came up with a design and we were back out the door in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic customer service

  If you’re coming for the Valentines cupcake, don’t bother. There was no visible cookie or fudge, and then when I bought extra fudge to make up for it, there as barely any fudge in the serving cup. There also wasn’t much fudge in the peanut buster parfait. If I’m buying $55 worth of ice cream, then at least give me what I paid for. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was terribly disappointing.

  The female Asian Owner is very rude..... No clue about how good or bad the food is, but her attitude problem is working just fine for keeping me away

  This is my first time ever writing a review but after this absolutely ridiculous experience at this Dairy Queen i felt it was necessary: I ordered a 6-piece chicken strip basket with onion rings and received five and a half strips, a small “side” of onion rings, and the wrong dip. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, but it is the first time I actually drove back to ask for it to be fixed. I honestly wouldn’t have gone back if it weren’t for multiple mistakes with my order. When I got there, I spoke to a nice lady working at the counter—it was polite conversation—before I assume the manager stormed over when he overheard me asking if she could fix the order. The man comes over, shakes the box, finds a tiny half piece, and had the nerve to insist someone must have eaten the other half—because obviously, I drove back and wasted my gas money just to scam him out of half a chicken strip. Genius logic. It only gets better from there. He argued with me for at least 5 minutes straight, implying I was lying, and handled the cold chicken with his bare hands—after touching the register, his face, and who knows what else. When I politely asked for it to be remade, he argued some more instead of doing his job. To top off this whole interaction: I tried to take a picture of the box of food for proof, and I guess he didn’t like that, because he ripped the box out of my hand. He stuck his finger in my face, raised his voice at me, and talked over me when I tried to explain I was just trying to take a picture. I’m a 20-year-old, 5’3” girl, he’s a grown man towering over me, and yet somehow he thought this was professional behaviour. Spoiler: it’s not. Also just to add context it is $21 for this order so yeah it’s disappointing when you’re consistently receiving poor service and product in exchange for your hard earned money anytime you go here. Mistakes happen, but blatant disrespect, intimidation, and unsanitariness is a choice. This place has zero professionalism, zero food safety, and zero common sense. Unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  Visited this location recently! The staff/owners were extremely nice, kind, friendly and really putting in the effort to appreciate their customers. Our food and ice cream was good/just fine. I do not blame the Owners but I feel the DQ head office structure is too pricey for what you get. We had a nice experience but this will be a once in a blue moon thing. 4/5 stars! Thank you...
