Barely any rice, barely any beans and the meat…. Cold. Very cold. Wasn’t surprised when I started looking at the reviews. Should’ve read them before going.

I got 3 tacos and a burrito and they were super cold, they dont warm them up at all! They seriously felt as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. I basically paid $37 for cold tortillas with lettuce 👎🏼

I understand why Chipotle workers can be conservative with the protein, but I have never once seen a worker give half a scoop of rice. When I asked for more, they barely added any, and instead were confused. The same thing applies for ALL other ingredients. Aside from the ordering, the rest of the service was also terrible
- MHMark HOct 29, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with my first experience and last at the new Chipotle location on Appleby in Burlington. First of all the service was atrocious. There was a line of 6+ people waiting to order and one girl by herself fulfilling the orders while 4 other employees stood around. Two were doing odd jobs in the background while two other employees chatted, while the line grew longer. Second issue, my daughter was told that they had a buy one get one promotion on if you wore your Blue Jays jersey etc, so my daughter and I got all dressed up and headed in to support this new restaurant and the Jays, only to be told they were no longer honouring this promotion, and the manager was very rude about it… and embarrassed my daughter. Lastly, the portion sizes were extremely small, especially for the $35 we spent for two burritos. We opted in for the guac which was $3 and they put a small spoonful on it. And then when we got home the whole thing fell apart. With new US franchises coming to the area such as Jersey Mike’s and Chick Fill-A doing crazy business with their great service and product, this new Chipotle really has dropped the ball. Hopefully this gets back to the Chipotle HQ and is rectified before they lose more customers.
