  It is common in Western culture to always rely on the ‘Chipotle’ and Chick-Fil-A restaurants for instant hunger gratification, hence why it’s called ‘fast’ food for a reason. But after last night, I completely take back not only my visit to Chick-Fil-A, but also this particular location I’m writing this review about. I’ve been to this location roughly 4 times, with the fourth time having been delivered via the UberEats app. After eating my chipotle bowl, I waited roughly less than 5 hours until my stomach began rumbling. I won’t get into the details, but long story short, this place totally did not satisfy what was to come with the aftermath of eating what I thought was a delicious meal. I totally get the hype, a Chipotle restaurant being super close to Chick-Fil-A, but I instantly regretted my visit and will never come back here again. Also, the staff are awkward people, and they serve beer which is great, but it’s totally going to uppercut the already expensive costs of the meals they serve there, probably making it not worth it at all. One star is only given because the lettuce and sour cream mix well together.

  Food is great but the service is unfortunately lacking 😓. I called because my tacos were missing meat entirely in them, all good, things happen. When I called they asked for my name and went to look for my order. After waiting on hold for around 5 minutes they hung up. Called back and asked them why they hung up. They said “we hung up because we could not find your order, you must have ordered from a different location”. You can check your recorded call logs and listen for yourself, I was honestly baffled. I told them fine I will just come in. Once I came in problem solved in 2 minutes. No part of this was a huge deal for me except for the fact that they hung up on purpose with zero communication of what was wrong on their end… It just defies understanding… I will probably will not be back for a while after this which is unfortunate because I do like the food.

  I had a very enjoyable experience at this location and was impressed with both the food and the service. The meal was well prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous, making the pricing feel reasonable for the quality provided. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. They were patient, helpful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Management also appeared organized and approachable, which contributed to a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this restaurant does a great job of delivering a consistent and satisfying experience. It’s clear that effort is put into both food quality and customer service. I would happily return and recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable meal

  This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The meat was extremely dry and clearly overcooked, yet the prices are outrageously high for the quality you receive. Paying this much for food that tastes old and poorly prepared is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the service and management. The staff was rude and dismissive, and when I asked for the manager’s name so I could file a complaint with corporate, they refused to give it to me, which is completely unprofessional. Management behavior like this makes it clear they don’t care about customer experience or accountability. This location feels like it’s cutting corners and overcharging customers, and the way complaints are handled raises serious concerns. Chipotle needs to investigate this restaurant because customers are being taken advantage of. I will not be returning

  ⸻ I initially had doubts about visiting this location because many of the online reviews painted a negative picture. Before going, I spent some time reading through the comments, and honestly, they made me hesitate. But after visiting in person, my experience was completely different—in the best way possible. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, polite, and attentive. They greeted me right away and made me feel welcome, which already set a positive tone. The portion sizes were surprisingly generous, definitely worth the price, and the food was fresh and well-prepared. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they serve. I was also impressed by how clean and organized the entire area was. Tables were spotless, the atmosphere was comfortable, and everything seemed well-maintained. It felt like the kind of place where the employees genuinely care about the customers’ experience. After seeing it for myself, I feel like many of the negative reviews might not reflect the current service or the real quality of this location. My visit was smooth, enjoyable, and far better than expected. I’m really glad I gave it a chance, and I would definitely recommend others to try it for themselves instead of relying only on old or inaccurate reviews.
