  I visit this store with my grandpa. Amazing food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staffs. The service is dining and they bring my foods in table unexpected amazing service. Thank you.😊

  WHERE IS CORPORATE? Do you LOVE salt and workers that can’t understand you?! Well good news because this place has BOTH! Despite the owners attempts of positivity review bombing this location with friends and family leaving comments such as “This chipotle is great! Daksh is the best!” You only have to scroll past to see the reviews of real customers all saying the same thing… This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and reading the other reviews it’s clear why. The service is atrocious, it’s chaotic and nobody knows what’s going on. The staff are constantly yelling back and forth to figure out mistakes. They are somehow always out of ingredients like chicken or fajita veg and GOOD GOD the salt!! Everything is mouth burning amounts of salt. Watch for cross contamination as workers will grab a random spoon from another bin if it’s being used by another employee 🤮 After being rushed through the line and handed off to 3 different employees I got to the cash only to be asked “hello, how may I help you?!” HUH?!? If the staff has to go off script at all the will stare at you blankly or look around for a manager. Corporate should step in as this location is not on par with any others. Spend your money elsewhere

  🚨ATTENTION CORPORATE🚨 As someone who has been eating Chipotle for years now this is hands down the most incompetent and poorly run restaurant I have ever been to! I don't know if this place is running a LMIA scam or what but, this place needs new owners, management and properly trained staff ASAP! The line will RUSH you through the process. Giant scoops of bean water, It's a 50/50 chance your meal with be completely ruined by salt. 90% chance something you want has run out and they need to make it again. For some reason they pass you off to another employee half way through ordering so you get to repeat yourself ten times (that's fun). Then they hand you off again to the cashier usually results in the cashier yelling to the line to figure out what the hell is going on. In my last visit today at 8pm...a customer at the cash was PISSED because they made 4 burritos but didn't label anything so he has no idea what was inside. He was asking the staff to act professional and do their jobs better, The manager was panicking asking the line what happened but, because they hand you off to another employee half way through ordering, the line didn't remember what was in what... There were two young girls in front of me who's delivery order never showed up (or wasn’t made at all) so they took the BUS to get their bowls re-made (hope you girls finally got your food!) Do not eat here until you see a sign that says “new owners and management!”

  The amount of salt they’re putting in their chicken is making the food inedible. This isn’t supposed to taste like over spiced Indian food. Also stop pushing people as fast as possible through the line. Handle the food with respect and slowly fill their bowls. We aren’t in jail waiting for our slop to be served.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The food was horrible — everything was overloaded with salt to the point it was barely edible. It honestly tasted rushed and poorly prepared. On top of that, there was absolutely no customer service. Staff seemed uninterested, unorganized, and not attentive to customers at all. The whole place felt chaotic and poorly managed. Very disappointing experience overall. I definitely expected much better.
