  Very poor service. The whole order was wrong. Even after repeating the order to her twice.jyst to make sure. Then had to ask a few more times for our cups and straws. Used to be a great place. Now Very very crapy

  I recently placed my order at Burger King in this location and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. I ordered an Oreo ice cream and a poutine with extra gravy. I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I was patient while waiting at the speaker. When I reached the payment window, I received my Oreo ice cream first. I noticed that the Oreo pieces were all sitting at the bottom rather than being mixed throughout as advertised on the menu board. Although this was not ideal, I decided it was not a major issue and that I couldn’t mix it myself. However, when I arrived home and open my poutine, I found that there was barely any gravy, Despite having paid for extra. Additionally, there was no receipt included in the bag, so I wasn’t able to confirm whether I had been properly properly charged for the extra gravy. As a first-time customer, this experience was disappointing. I hope improvements can be made to ensure orders are prepared accurately and match what is advertised

  I’m usually pretty easygoing, but this visit was a disaster. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like my order was an inconvenience. When the food finally arrived, the Whopper was cold and the fries were a soggy, salty mess. Between the unprofessional service and the poor food quality, I won’t be coming back.
