  So, my family loves Arby's. We have one close to us in Orillia. When we had the opportunity to go to one in Oakville, it was a must do. We had 3 beef and cheddar combos. It was exactly what you would expect. The sandwich was excellent for a B&Ceddar. The curly fries were straight from the fryer and delicious. Pop machine was well maintained and making decent soda. Washrooms were acceptable. Most tables were clean, a couple needed wipe down, but nothing outside of regular for a well worked fast food location. I did notice this location did not have the bell. I would have rang it.

  We drive from Toronto when we have an Arby’s craving and it’s worth it! 😅 The fresh air in Burlington and the fast and great service at this spot are what it’s all about. The gentleman at the drive thru window was detailed oriented and friendly and we really appreciated that. Keep up the awesome work and see you soon! 💚

  Unfortunately this location has gone down hill, it used to be great but there's been a noticeable difference in the past year-ish. Both the food and service has suffered. The sandwiches are awfully proportioned with little meat and a big stale bun - leaving an expensive tasteless sandwich with the smallest amount of meat they can get away with and a little squirt of cheese. I used to look forward to grabbing lunch from this Arby's but now I don't think I'll waste my time or money here again
