Worst burger king I’ve ever been to and I didn’t even eat here! At 11:20 pm on April 9th, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and the guy working was extremely rude. We had forgotten to give him the code for our free burger and told him at the window. He said he couldn’t help us even when we suggested cancelling and reordering our food (since we hadn’t paid yet). He continued to argue with us through the window and was extremely aggressive in tone. We decided to try Burger King today because of the hype of the improved Whopper and fries. I had to go back to the counter as I order my Whopper with cheese and no cheese. The burger was great. Hot tasty and I would order again. The fries a different story. They looked awful, and sorry to say tasted just as bad. If they’re improved I’d say keep working on the formula. They are a pass for me. The restaurant was clean but loud music and seems chilly inside.

We recently visited Burger King and had a great experience, made especially memorable by the outstanding service from Amrit and Jasvir ❤️. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our order was accurate and that we had everything we needed, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Amrit and Jasvir🥳 truly made a difference—they were patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s not often you come across staff who leave such a lasting impression, but they certainly did.
On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. The Whopper was delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even better.
Thanks again to Amrit and Jasvir✨ for their exceptional service—we’ll definitely be back!

Probably the worst one ive been too. Had a melt when they were out, not toasted. Stupid me tried again and it wasn't even the right bread. They love to let the fries sit out for hours because they're bloody cold.
Tried the new whopper and it was bland and smaller than the whopper used to be. Cost 14 bucks for a smaller whopper and the so call medium fries were really a small. Since these changes i'm never going back.

I recently placed my order at Burger King in this location and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience.
I ordered an Oreo ice cream and a poutine with extra gravy. I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I was patient while waiting at the speaker. When I reached the payment window, I received my Oreo ice cream first. I noticed that the Oreo pieces were all sitting at the bottom rather than being mixed throughout as advertised on the menu board. Although this was not ideal, I decided it was not a major issue and that I couldn’t mix it myself.
However, when I arrived home and open my poutine, I found that there was barely any gravy, Despite having paid for extra. Additionally, there was no receipt included in the bag, so I wasn’t able to confirm whether I had been properly properly charged for the extra gravy.
As a first-time customer, this experience was disappointing. I hope improvements can be made to ensure orders are prepared accurately and match what is advertised
