Scrapping the bottom of trays because they don't wanna waste product. I didn't know my overly priced sub that profits millions for a company called Subway can't have fresh ingredients. Isn't it "eat fresh"? I'm the last of a family of 4 that eats here now and it's going to be 4 for 4. Get you act together.

They started preparing our order and some customers walked in and the person asked us to step aside and told us to give way to their regular customers. We obliged but then they stopped preparing our order and started preparing the bunch of folks who arrived after us and gave them their meal which is very bad service.
