  Tried Wingstop Brooklin and the food really hit the spot. The fries were loaded and flavorful, and the wings were juicy with good sauce. Ordering was easy too . Smriti at the cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall a solid meal.

  I ordered online and was physically inside the store when I placed my order. I waited until my food was ready, picked it up, and drove straight home. The drive was less than 10 minutes. When I opened my order, both the boneless wings and the tenders were completely cold and not edible. The fries were the only item that was still hot, which makes no sense if the food was freshly prepared. I called the store right away to explain the issue. I was told the food was “35–40 minutes old,” even though that was the time since I placed the order, not when I received it. I had picked up the food only about 15 minutes before calling. Food should not be cold that fast. They said they would only help if I came back in person. I explained that I don’t have a car and couldn’t return, but no solution was offered, and the issue was treated as my fault. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service.

  Second time trying wingstop. Disappointed again. Dry small over priced wings. Fries were the only good thing. Will not return unfortunately.

  Had a food in this store, Excellent service — friendly, knowledgeable staff and attentive service from start to finish Harman is the best guy there .
