  Another excellent visit to Swiss Chalet in Brockville. Petra was very pleasant and accommodating and the hostess was simply outstanding. Gave special attention to our 2 grand kids which made the visit perfect.

  We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to our server Averie and general manager Linda. They were both friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without being overbearing. Even took my daughter for a tour of the restaurant! Her favourite part. The food came out promptly and HOT, and they checked in at the perfect times. What really stood out was their positive attitude and how welcoming they made us feel. It made the whole meal more enjoyable. Great service like that definitely makes a difference — we’ll be coming back!

  Haley was one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever had. She made sure we had everything we needed and never made us feel like we were asking too much. She kept checking in on us to make sure everything was good, and you could tell she really cares about her customers.

  The food was good front staff was very friendly and good at keeping tables clean the nice man from the kitchen who brought us our food and got me a gravy and napkins was awesome so no negativity toward kitchen staff but my waitress was Charlotte acording to my bill after placing the order we didn't see her for 45 minutes the table next to us over an hour and when they said something she told them they know it gets busy and she was serving a big table very dismissively and asked i did not complain as I figured the same excuse would be unprofessional given with attitude so she finally comes over and asks if were done I asked for 2 boxes paid the bill tipped hoping tips are dived among kitchen staff and left was not asked how anything was was not checked up on during the meal wasn't offered a refill of my drink only swiss chalet I've actually left so thirsty I went to dollarama and got a drink

  Had a delicious meal here in Brockville with friends. Our server Abbie was awesome. Very attentive, friendly and helpful with our family of picky eaters. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and especially to try the 1/4 chicken was fantastic.
